Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the Veyra app (operated by Z FOLD LTD) collects, why, and how you can delete it.
What we collect
- Account: name, email address and time zone, which decides when daily credits reset. Signing in is with Apple or Google only, so we never receive or store a password. You can also use Veyra without signing in: a guest account has no name or email address, only the time zone.
- Device check: free minutes are given once per device. To check that, an iPhone or iPad asks Apple's DeviceCheck service, which tells us only whether the device has had them before; no identifier reaches us. An Android phone sends its Android ID with a Google Play Integrity verdict, and we keep only a SHA-256 fingerprint of that ID — never the ID itself — for no other purpose. That record, and Apple's, outlast a deleted account — otherwise deleting it would be a way to get the free minutes again.
- Content: the YouTube links you submit, the resulting translations, your edits to them, and generated dubbing audio.
- Purchases: transaction identifiers and purchase proofs from the App Store or Google Play. Card details never reach us.
- Notifications: a device push token, only if you allow notifications.
- Technical: server logs, including IP addresses, for security and debugging.
What we do not do
No advertising, no tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: translating videos, keeping your library, running credits and subscriptions, and telling you when a translation is ready.
Service providers
- Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Text-to-Speech): receives the video link and text in order to translate and generate speech.
- YouTube API Services: used for video details and playback. By using Veyra you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service; the Google Privacy Policy applies.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging: delivers notifications.
- Apple and Google: process payments, and check devices for free minutes (Apple DeviceCheck, Google Play Integrity).
- Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google: verify who you are. We receive your email address — which may be one of Apple's private relay addresses — and the display name you allow. We never see your password, and neither provider is told what you do in Veyra.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept while your account exists. Delete it any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or from the delete your account page if you no longer have the app: your account, translations, audio, credit history and sessions are permanently removed. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it there.
Children
Veyra is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
